Update: South Water Street cleared
South Water Street’s northbound lanes have been reopened at Cumberland Street, following a two-car accident around 2 p.m.
A pickup truck was turned on its side along South Water Street, resulting in police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances all being called to the scene.
Both drivers were taken to the local hospital by paramedics.
