Fatal collision in Whiteshell Provincial Park
The Whitemouth RCMP say they are still investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident in Whiteshell Provincial Park.
The accident took place on December 6th after a single vehicle rolled over in the ditch along Highway 307, about 2 kilometers north of the Highway 44 intersection.
The vehicle was flipped over on the passenger side and a 27-year-old from Whiteshell was found lying outside of the vehicle.
She was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later passed away.
Police believe the accident took place between 3:15 am, when she was last seen, and 6:15 am when she was found.
