City of Dryden seeks RFP for Van Horne subdivision
A Request for Proposals is being sought for the City of Dryden’s newest residential subdivision.
The city says it’s extending sewer and water services down to Van Horne Landing and that will allow for a new mixed-use development.
The first phase includes 10 acres of waterfront property owned by the city.
The development could include residential and commercial properties.
Through this RFP, the city says it’s seeking experienced development partners for a financially viable project.
The deadline for the RFP is March 5th.
