Sioux Lookout Airport to create more parking spaces
Short term pain for long term gain.
That seems to be the mantra as the Sioux Lookout Municipal Airport gets ready to add extra parking spaces.
Starting on May 15th, constuction will begin on a new two-story parking structure.
During construction, the lower lot, which acts as the airport’s long-term parking area will be closed.
A shuttle service will be operating to bring guests from an interim parking lot to the airport terminal.
Construction is expected to take about five months.
