Update #2: OPP say Highway 11 collision was fatal
The Geraldton OPP have confirmed that a collision Wednesday was fatal.
The incident took place around 6:30 in morning after police and medical services responded to two-vehicle accident.
Highway 11 was closed for about 7 hours.
The investigation by the Greenstone OPP is continuing, with assistance from the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team.
Anyone who might have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage of the area at the time of the accident is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
