Ignace hosts three Community Engagement Sessions on DGR
The Town of Ignace will be holding a couple of community engagement sessions next week.
The sessions are in partnership with the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
They will be looking at plans by the Nuclear Waste Management Organization for a deep geological repository between Ignace and Wagigoon.
The first session will be a lunch for seniors on January 19th at the Silver Tops Center at 1 pm.
There will also be two sessions the next day at the Ignace Recreation Center at 1 pm and 6 pm.
