Increases at N.B. gas pumps this week
Weeks of gas price decreases have come to an end.
The Energy and Utilities Board made its price adjustments overnight.
We saw the maximum cost of regular self-serve fuel rise by 3.9 cents a litre to around $1.36.
Furnace oil and diesel are also both up by 4.4 cents.
The maximum cost for furnace oil is around $1.64, while diesel is sitting at around $1.72.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.32 to $1.36 per litre, while diesel is selling for between $1.60 and $1.64 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.43 per litre, diesel costs around $1.72 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.24 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
