Inquest date announced for Kevin Mamakwa
10 days have been set aside for an inquest into the death of Kevin Mamakwa.
The 27-year-old man died while in custody at the Thunder Bay Jail on June 2, 2020,
The inquest will take place in Thunder Bay starting on Monday, January 26th.
A total of about15 witnesses will take the stand.
Mamakwa was a resident of the Kingfisher Lake First Nation and was the nephew of Kiiwetinoong MPP Sol Mamakwa.
