Memorial Bench Program launched in Saint John
The 2026 Memorial Bench Program is underway. The city began taking applications on Thursday.
The popular program has installed over 50 memorial benches across the city’s parks since 2003.
Citizens will have an opportunity to honour their loved ones with benches in Rockwood Park, as well as new locations at Dominion Park Beach and Little River Reservoir.
Applications will be accepted until February 16, although the number of benches available is limited each year.
