Some schools closed, buses delayed
A handful of schools are closed today in Greater Saint John due to the stormy weather and poor road conditions.
In Anglophone South, the following schools are closed:
- Dr. A.T. Leatherbarrow Primary School
- Hammond River Valley Elementary School
- Hampton High School
- Hampton Middle School
- Hampton Elementary School
- Macdonald Consolidated
- Belleisle Elementary School
- Belleisle Regional High School
- Apohaqui Elementary School
- Norton Elementary School
- Sussex Corner Elementary School
- Sussex Elementary School
- Sussex Middle School
- Sussex Regional High School
Additionally, all buses in the St. Stephen and Saint John Educational centres are running one hour late today.
Bus 556, serving Champlain Heights School and Simonds High School is running an additional hour late.
In Francophone South, all buses in the Saint John and Quispamsis areas are running one hour late.
