OPP seize over $100,000 in substances on Fort William First Nation

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged four individuals as part of a drug trafficking investigation in the Fort William First Nation.

The OPP conducted a search warrant on November 25, 2025, that led to the seizure of more than $100,000 worth of cocaine, fentanyl, and oxycodone.

The OPP also seized a loaded automatic gun, more than $6000 in cash, and cell phones.

Following the search and seizure, the four individuals were arrested.

Two of the arrested suspects are from the Fort William First Nation, while the other two are from the Greater Toronto Area.

The accused are facing charges related to drug trafficking, possession of a restricted firearm, and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5000.

The four suspects are in police custody and scheduled to face the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay.
