NBCC Moncton is delaying its opening this morning until 10 am

Crandall University has delayed its opening until noon.

The offices of ESDC, Service Canada and the Labour Program of Greater Moncton will be closed until 10:30 am today.

Moncton, Riverview, and Dieppe Public Libraries will delay opening until 1 pm.
