Treaty #3 pays tribute to the late Richard Green
Grand Council Treaty #3 is paying its respects to the late Richard Green of Shoal Lake #40.
Green was a member of the Cecilia Jeffrey Residential School Advisory Committee.
He was also a long-time employee of Treaty #3 and over the past several years, provided translation services at the Treaty #3 Chiefs Assemblies.
He passed away last month and was 77 years old.
