Another winter blast for N.B.
If you have travel plans between Monday and Tuesday, they could be delayed or cancelled due to the weather.
Environment Canada says this latest winter storm could bring hazardous conditions.
A Yellow warning- winter storm for southern New Brunswick, including Saint John and County, Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County, Fundy National Park and Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick.
Snowfall amounts have now been upgraded to between 20 and 30 centimetres.
Northeasterly wind gusts of between 70 km/h and 90 km/h could reduce visibility due to blowing snow.
Winter Storm Warnings are issued when multiple types of severe winter weather (such as snow, freezing rain, wind and rain) are expected or occurring.
Areas including Sussex, Kennebecasis Valley, Kings County, St. Stephen, Northern Charlotte County, Kent County, Miramichi, Grand Lake and Queens County are under a Yellow warning-snowfall, with between 15 and 20 centimetres expected.
Higher than normal water levels are also expected along eastern facing coastlines of the Northumberland Strait on Tuesday.
Other areas, including Fredericton, Southern York County, Oromocto, Doaktown and the Blackville region are under special weather statements. Five to ten centimetres of snow is expected, with high winds.
