Live on the Waterfront: Summer Send-off to feature Drone Light Shows
Thunder Bay is getting ready to wrap up this year’s Live on the Waterfront series.
A Summer Send-Off event is taking place on Wednesday and Thursday at Marina Park to close out the weekly event.
Live music will be running from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on both nights, followed by a drone light show.
Four hundred drones will take flight over Lake Superior each night, creating images and animations.
Each show will feature a different theme, making this a must-see, two-night finale.
The city is advising residents to gather in the Festival Area of Marina Park, which is the best location for viewing.
