Coroner’s inquest called for 2021 Kenora death
The death of a man at Lake of the Woods Hospital in 2021 will be the subject of a coroner’s inquest.
27-year-old Percy Adam Henry died after being transferred from the Kenora jail on February 8, 2021.
The cause of death has not been publicly revealed.
A release says the inquest will investigate the circumstances surrounding Henry’s death, with a jury expected to make recommendations.
