Kenricia expropriation going to Ontario Land Tribunal
The expropriation of the Kenricia Hotel by the City of Kenora is going before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
The hearing will be held virtually on February 11th and 12th.
The lawyers for the owners of the hotel have requested the hearing.
Arguments were submitted back on December 12th.
The city announced back in July that it was going through the process of expropriation of the historic building.
