Large emergency service presence seen at Cumberland and Water
Five fire trucks, a hazardous materials response unit and an ambulance are outside of Andras Court apartments on 122 Cumberland Street South.
At least one man was being treated by paramedics.
According to eyewitnesses, they arrived on the scene around 8:50 am and left around 9:45 am.
