Updated: Hwy. 103 reopened after collision near East Chester
Update (8:15 a.m.): Highway 103 has been reopened to all traffic.
A section of Highway 103 near Chester is closed in both directions due to a collision.
RCMP say first responders are currently on scene between exits 7 and 8.
Drivers are asked to avoid the areas, and to expect delays.
