Managing editor for Frank Magazine facing charge after intimate image published
A 47-year-old man is facing a charge of sharing an intimate image without consent after the photo was published in a satirical Halifax-based magazine.
The suspect is the managing editor for Frank Magazine.
Police say it was reported in July 2025. After a thorough investigation, the man was arrested on September 9.
The Criminal Code of Canada prohibits sharing intimate images of another person, including photos and videos, where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
The suspect is due in court at a later date.
