One dead in Bridgewater fire; King Street closed after blaze
A deadly fire in Bridgewater that claimed one life is under investigation, and Nova Scotia medical examiners are working to identify the person found at the scene.
Police say the cause of the fire remains unknown.
Two buildings on King Street were destroyed. The road remains closed as crews clear debris, but it’s expected to reopen around 8 this morning.
