OPP Golden Helmets returning to Rainy River District
The Golden Helmets will be riding into the Rainy River District later this year.
They are the Ontario Provincial Police’s famed precision motorcycle unit.
They are scheduled to perform in September, but the details on where are still being worked out.
The unit has been around since the 1960s.
It last performed in 2003 as part of Morley Township’s 100th anniversary celebrations.
