Prices at N.B. pumps rise even further
Motorists continue to feel the pinch when it comes to gas prices.
We’re seeing the sixth price change in two weeks, with most bringing bad news for motorists.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board invoked the interrupter clause again on Saturday morning.
That has resulted in further increases in the maximum prices for regular self-serve, diesel, and furnace oil.
Gas rose 6.5 cents a litre to around $169.8.
Diesel is up another 7.9 cents a litre to a maximum of around $2.24.
Furnace oil spiked 8.0 cents a litre to around $2.17.
