St. George Street lane reduction set for rail work
Motorists travelling on St. George Street in Moncton can expect delays as maintenance work takes place at the CN railway crossing at Church Street.
The City of Moncton says the work is scheduled on Monday and Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day.
During the project, traffic will be reduced to a single lane at the railway crossing.
Vehicles will move through the area using alternating stop-and-go traffic.
The city says signage and flaggers will be in place to help direct drivers through the work zone and manage traffic flow.
Motorists are being advised to plan for delays while the work is underway.
