RCMP conducting exercises on Saint John-to-Digby ferry
Ferry passengers crossing the Bay of Fundy over the next few days may notice some unusual activity.
The RCMP began training exercises on the MV Fundy Rose Tuesday.
Specifically, it’s the Emergency Response Team.
The exercises are taking place both on the ferry itself and in the terminals in Saint John and Digby.
According to Bay Ferries, the exercises aren’t expected to disrupt the ferry schedule.
Crossings will continue as scheduled.
Passengers can expect to see increase RCMP activity, including vessel boardings and helicopter operations.
