Motorists feeling more pain at the fuel pumps
Another unexpected increase in fuel prices.
The maximum price for regular self-serve now sits at around $1.83, up 5.6 cents a litre.
Diesel spiked 13.6 cents a litre to a maximum of around $2.57.
Furnace oil increased 12.7 cents a litre.
The hikes are a result of the interrupter clause, which the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board invoked overnight on Saturday.
