Grand Barachois man behind bars for child porn offences
A New Brunswick man has been sentenced to five years behind bars for child pornography related offences.
Joel Gilles Robichaud of Grand Barachois appeared in Moncton court this week.
RCMP say he pleaded guilty to charges including possession and transmission of child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and failure to comply with a prohibition order.
His sentence also contains conditions that he not communicate with anyone under 16, or be in the same place for 25 years.
Robichaud was arrested in September last year after electronic devices were seized from a home.
