Man, 21, dead after crash near Oromocto
A 21-year-old Fredericton man is dead after a single-vehicle crash near Oromocto.
RCMP say it happened Friday around 8 p.m. on Route 2 under the overpass for Route 7 in Haneytown.
It is believed the driver, and only one in the vehicle, lost control while on Route 2, before leaving the roadway and hitting a concrete pillar.
The driver died at the scene. An autopsy will determine the exact cause of death.
RCMP ask if anyone has any information or dashcam footage to call police at 506-357-4300.
