N.B. gas prices climb to almost $2 a litre
Motorists are waking up having to pay more for fuel this morning.
The Interrupter clause was invoked overnight by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
The maximum cost for regular self-serve increased by 5.8 cents a litre, bringing it to around $1.97 per litre.
The cost for diesel and furnace oil didn’t change.
The NBEUB will make its weekly price adjustments on Friday at 12:01 am.
