Pickleball Ladders June 10 and 11

Wednesday Morning and Evening Ladders was cancelled due to the slight precipitation and the gentle breezes… check the picture !!

Thursday Morning Ladders – The winds were moderate to slightly strong gusts on a cooler morning for this week’s play. Some drying of the courts and a fence repair all had to occur this morning but did not stop the 25 members who showed up to make their move upward on the ladder.  There was some very strong play today as scores were very close. Group 1 had Murray Bamforth once again finishing in first place with a comfortable lead.  Group 2 had Paulette Gratton in the top spot.  In Group 3 there was a tie with Judy Vivian and Polly Craik with the high score.

Paulette Gratton is this Week’s A&W Top player as the winner of group 2, with a score of 75 out of 77 points and a climb of 10 spots.  Good Job Paulette Gratton.  All scores as follows;

Group 1 – Murray Bamforth 75/77

Group 22 – Paulette Gratton 75/77

 Group 3 – Judy Vivian and Polly Craik 70/80
