Incident closes Harbour Expressway
A section of the Harbour Expressway has reopened.
Thunder Bay Police closed the road between Memorial Avenue and Fort William Road late Saturday night
No other details have yet been provided.
It was reopened at around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
